We need an individual with an impressive track record in the corporate side of live, virtual and hybrid events for a very special client – a prestigious education organization based in a historic London venue, famous for the cutting-edge resources they deliver worldwide and their innovative approaches to medical learning. At the heart of their incredible reputation is their award-winning AV work, which underpins their service strategy and allows their work to reach thousands of experts.
Our client is looking for new face for their audio-visual, technical and media service team, someone with a wide range of AV skills across multiple disciplines and isn’t afraid to look a challenge square in the eye. You will be providing expert support for meetings, conferences and webinars, as well as filming and editing creative content for a variety of projects, and providing a warm, personable and professional point of contact for the customers who reach out to you.
As such, it is imperative you have the following:
- A high level of competence across a wide range of event technology disciplines (audio, visual, video, lighting, IT and customer service)
- At least 3 years in corporate event production
- Demonstrable know-how of the planning and successful delivery of conferences and meetings
