Senior Draughtsperson - Scenic Department

A flourishing technical event production company are looking for an experienced draughtsperson to join an exciting new Scenic Department. This an opportunity to join a very ambitious company who are constantly growing and raising the bar for the entire event production industry. They have grown to have multiple international HQ's and are on the path to total world domination.

Ideally you will come from a scenic background having either experience in event production, theatre, TV or another similar field. From your experience you will act as the departments lead on all aspects of operation of CAD drawings and CNC preparation. This is an important position in the event production process and comes with a lot of responsibility which is why experience in a similar position is essential. 

From your experience in a scenic department you should be very comfortable in creating technical drawings for joinery, metal shop, mechanics etc. Ideally you will be familiar with multiple software packages such as Autodesk, Vectorworks, Sketch-up and other similar software's.
