Live Event & AV Technician

Are you looking for a role that encompasses the whole gamut of Audio Visual and Live Eventing in the corporate sphere? This is a role where you not only operate the equipment but have previously met the client, talked through their requirements and identified the tech. that they’d need. A role where you are not just working at one internal site, but will also sometimes be on the road, doing the same liaising, planning and execution of events with other venues – coordinating with production companies, internal and external teams and individuals, to make sure that the events you have worked on and set up always maintain the excellent standards you keep.

 

Some of the technical requirements you will need are:

 

To have experience of digital sound desks, microphone management and EQ

Familiar with Crestron control systems and virtual signal routing

Knowledge of Video Conferencing, control, signal switching & routing and TV distribution systems

Multi-camera control systems and vision mixing

Understanding of multiple display types including aspect ratios and video walls

Basic stage lighting principles

Expert PowerPoint user and knowledge of MS Windows
