Have you got experience in account management for technical and scenic construction live events and fancy applying this experience in an exotic and cosmopolitan city? Then this may be the career change you have been looking for.

Based in Dubai, our client is a scenic construction, design and technical audio-visual production company who deals with many different companies and delivers outstanding events. These events are bespoke and tailormade to their customers’ requirements. We need someone who can take on existing accounts and work with those involved to make the entire technical live event process run smoothly and efficiently.

You will need to sort through detailed technical briefs to home in on the essential elements of the project in order to produce a scope of work and initial quotes. Due to the scale and variety of the live event projects, managing the relationships carefully and assisting with some wacky and challenging customer requests will also be necessary. Once contracts and quotes have been arranged you will hand over the live event to project managers but as a trusted point of contact for the customer you will need to ensure satisfaction throughout.
