Warehouse Manager - Technical Live Event Production Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding technical live event production company with offices in London, Dubai and Barcelona. For their newly opened Barcelona office we are looking to recruit a warehouse manager. Our client design and deliver a wide range of events from after show and launch parties in the television and film industry to high end and luxury product launches, high value weddings and corporate parties. They specialise in set and scenery design and the technical provision of audio, video and lighting. They have a large and varied inventory of state-of-the-art live event AV equipment and their own scenic department that design and build set and staging for their events.
The warehouse managers role is to prepare the inhouse equipment, making sure equipment is ready and available and at the correct supply levels for the scheduled events. Working closley with project and technical managers and event designers to makes sure an efficient flow of equipment. You will oversee the testing of the kit and maintenance. You are responsible for ordering consumables and managing all the equipment stock.
You will be fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken and have experience of the London and Barcelona live event scene. You need to know about audio visual equipment such as lighting, video projection and sound equipment. You will computer literate and ideally have experience event equipment rental software. You must have high attention to detail and accuracy.
