Are you an experienced AV manager who is looking to head a strong team across three sites in London? This position is ideal for someone who has experience managing an AV department and wants to work in prestigious financial environments.
From your previous work in the AV sector, you will have experience and understanding of AV equipment and will have an in-depth technical knowledge of both meeting room support and live events. You will also have experience of managing an AV team and understand the requirements of delivering successful cooperate events.
You will be responsible for making decisions on the future of the AV department, improving and upgrading technologies, ensuring staff are trained and ensuring that the AV department delivers sublime service. Occasionally you will be liaising with clients, overlooking events and making sure there are enough resources arranged, conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with staff to ensure expectations are met.
