Continued learning at work can be fun!

As Adam Uzialko at BusinessNewsDaily.com points out developing technologies may be an answer to the age old problem of how to offer benefits which keep your employees happy, making them want to stick around, whilst at the same time motivating them and giving them extra skills that feed back into their work & productivity. The growth of Virtual and Augmented Reality may prove the way forward for education at work that feels more like an adventure than going back to school!  

There might possibly be a bone of contention though, when he says "having regular internet access on both desktop and mobile devices means employees can engage in "micro-learning" anytime, anywhere".  I can hear the grumpily muttered cries of "Micro-learning? Yeah, right!" even as I type!
