We all know that stress is a killer, but how do long work hours affect our health? Recent studies have shown an association between working more hours with a higher chance of having a stroke and dying of heart disease. Due to the covid pandemic many have seen their work hours increase due to the boundary of work and home has been blurred, which can only be a bad thing for both workers mental and physical health. Will we see a healthier work life balance post pandemic or are long hours here to stay?
